Dropkick me, Jesus, through the goalposts of life
End over end, neither left, nor the right
Straight through the sun of them righteous uprights
Dropkick me, Jesus, through the goalposts of life
Make me, oh, make me, Lord, more than I am
Make a piece in your master game plan
Free from the earthly temptation below
I've got the will, Lord, if you've got the toe
Dropkick me, Jesus, through the goalposts of life
End over end, neither left, nor the right
Straight through the sun of them righteous uprights
Dropkick me, Jesus, through the goalposts of life
Bring on the brothers who've gone on before
And all of the sisters who've knocked at your door
All the departed, dear loved ones of mine
And stick 'em up front in the offensive line
Dropkick me, Jesus, through the goalposts of life
End over end, neither left, nor the right
Straight through the sun of them righteous uprights
Dropkick me, Jesus, through the goalposts of life
Dropkick me, Jesus, through the goalposts of life
End over end, neither left, nor the right
Straight through the sun of them righteous uprights
Dropkick me, Jesus, through the goalposts of life
Yeah, dropkick me, Jesus, through the goalposts of life
End over end, neither left, nor the right

This is Fish to Monkey, come in Monkey
C.:??? That voice sounds like it’s coming from d.c.’s garage. I’ll go check and see who’s broken into the scot’s garage. I may need help, though, so maybe I should take T. Puppy Katt with me.
Come on, girl. I need your protection.
What the… a Ham radio? Maybe I should answer it.
This is Monkey, go ahead Fish.
That’s a big negative, Numbers, I need to talk to Monkey.
C.: Who in the cat hair is Monkey, and who is this, for cat’s sake!?
d.: That’s okay, Cal.E., I’ll take this call.
Go head, Fish.
Yes, Monkey, all elements are in place for Operation Athletic Shoe. Standing by for orders.
d.: 10-4 Fish. Please stand by.
C.: d.c., what in the name of all cat toys is going on here?
d.: Well, since we’re in private, I suppose that I can tell you. ELAC is calling me on my Ham radio, that no one knows exists, to tell me that she has a plan in place to drop kick Meow Z. Tongue’s through the uprights of life before he can overthrow the earth, take all it’s resources to power the Planet of the Talking Cats. He wants to power his home planet when uses up all of its resource and runs out of power in one million cat naps. Any questions?
C.: Plenty. Firstly, how did y’all come up with your code names?
d.: Well, Washington, the nation’s capitol, is in the District of Columbia, or D.C., which is my first name. Washington, D.C. is named after the United States’ first president, George Washington; and Curious George is the name of a child’s book that was popular when I was a kid. The book is about a mischevious, curious monkey.
ELAC’s first name starts with the letter E, and ‘The Big E’ was also the nickname name of the star power forward on the Washington professional basketball team in the nineteen-seventies. Elvin Hayes played college basketball at the University of Houston, and an H&H lure is what some fishermen use to catch fish with.
We call our operation with the PUMA operation Athletic Shoe because PUMA is the brand of athletic shoe that I wore when I played high school football. ELAC, or Fish is letting me know that the PUMA is ready to carry out our plan. It’s all very simple. Do you have any more questions?
C.: Yes, two more. The first one is ‘Why is my codename numbers?’
d.: Because your name is Calculating Einstein Katt. Calculating involves numbers. What’s your other question, Numbers?
C.: Well, if this is on the down low, and y’all must use code names to disguise your identities and what y’all are doing, why are we publishing this information in a blog that’s on a public website?
d.:...That’s all the time we have for today, folks. Please join us tomorrow for another episode of Cal.E.’s Korner.
* On the eightieth anniversary of Operation Overlord (The D-Day invasion of Normandy) let us all remember the men who gave their lives to secure our freedom; as well as those who are serving now or have served in the past to ensure our safety. Thank you for your service!
