That's great, it starts with an earthquake
Birds and snakes, and aeroplanes
And Lenny Bruce is not afraid
Eye of a hurricane, listen to yourself churn
World serves its own needs
Don't mis-serve your own needs
Speed it up a notch, speed, grunt, no, strength
The ladder starts to clatter
With a fear of height, down, height
Wire in a fire, represent the seven games
And a government for hire and a combat site
Left her, wasn't coming in a hurry
With the Furies breathing down your neck
Team by team, reporters baffled, trumped, tethered, cropped
Look at that low plane, fine, then
Uh oh, overflow, population, common group
But it'll do, save yourself, serve yourself
World serves its own needs, listen to your heart bleed
Tell me with the Rapture and the reverent in the right, right
You vitriolic, patriotic, slam fight, bright light
Feeling pretty psyched
It's the end of the world as we know it
It's the end of the world as we know it
It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine
Six o'clock, T.V. hour, don't get caught in foreign tower
Slash and burn, return, listen to yourself churn
Lock him in uniform, book burning, bloodletting
Every motive escalate, automotive incinerate
Light a candle, light a motive, step down, step down
Watch your heel crush, crush, uh oh
This means no fear, cavalier, renegade and steering clear
A tournament, a tournament, a tournament of lies
Offer me solutions, offer me alternatives and I decline
It's the end of the world as we know it (I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it (I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine (time I had some time alone)
I feel fine (I feel fine)
It's the end of the world as we know it (time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it (time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine (time I had some time alone)
The other night I drifted nice continental drift divide
Mountains sit in a line, Leonard Bernstein
Leonid Brezhnev, Lenny Bruce and Lester Bangs
Birthday party, cheesecake, jellybean, boom
You symbiotic, patriotic, slam but neck, right, right
It's the end of the world as we know it (time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it (time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine (time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it
It's the end of the world as we know it
It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine (time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it (time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it (time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine (time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it (time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it (time I had some time alone)
It's the end of the world as we know it and I feel fine (time I had some time alone)

In a galaxy not too far away, a sinister being is making plans to capture the earth and all its natural resources. The PLanet Of The Talking Cats, the home planet of Meow Z. Tongue, the supreme ruler of the cat galaxy, is running out of resources, and they need to be replenished. The Milky Way Galaxy is the closest to Meow’s galaxy, and the only planet in this galaxy that has the resources Meow and his planet crave is Planet Earth.
Meow: I see it, but I don’t believe it! The RoCkats are playing, and it’s not an unpleasant sound. In fact, the lead singer has a very melodious voice. I could tolerate the band without my ear plugs, even. That’s fortunate, because wearing them keeps my superior hearing from telling me when danger is approaching. I’m going to gather my cat army and march down to earth and commandeer all its natural resources.
Meanwhile, on earth, Tucker and the RoCKats are practicing.
Tux.: Okay, y’all. That was a good number. But, as I’ve learned in my cat fighting career, to be the best, we must practice, practice, pra…
C.: Tucker? What’s wrong with your voice? Why are you pointing to your throat like that? Oh, okay, I’ll get you a pen and paper so you can communicate.
“I’ve lost my voice and you must take over as the lead singer, my love.”
C.: Okay, well, I guess I could sing lead and play the last note in every song. I’m multi-talented that way. I can multitask. Hit it!
She Taught Me How to Yodel
Song by Frank Ifield
I went across to Switzerland
Where all the Yodellers be
To try to learn to yodel
With my yodel-oh-ee-dee
I climbed a big high mountain
On a clear and sunny day
And met a yodellin' gal
Up in a little Swiss chalet
She taught me to yodel
Yodel-oh-ee-dee
Diddly-odel-oh-ee-dee
Diddly-odel-oh-ee-dee
She taught me to yodel
Yodel-oh-ee-dee-ay-dee
Yodel-oh-ee-dee-yodel-oh-dee
Well now I'm gonna teach you
How to yodel just like me
It's easy when you're singin'
To go yodel-diddly-oh-oh-dee
First you take a deep breath
Then it's K.O. one, two, three
And then you'll hear a yodel
If you listen close to me
Yeah, this is how to yodel
Yodel-oh-ee-dee
Diddly-odel-oh-ee-dee
Diddly-odel-oh-ee-dee
This is how to yodel
Yodel-oh-ee-dee
Diddly-odel-oh-ee-dee-yodel-oh-dee
d.: Hey, Tucker, I see that Cal.E. is singing lead for y’alls band now. Are you okay?
Tux: I’m fine and dandy, d.c…. I mean, I lost my voice…
d.: So, you’re letting your lady sing. That’s nice.
Meanwhile, in outer space
Meow: AAAHH!! That noise coming from earth is killing me! I thought that Cal.E. wasn’t trying to sing anymore! Abort mission!! Abort!! Abort!!
The world is saved by Cal.E.’s singing once again. And, we’re safe, for now.
