c.: Hi, D.C., what are you up to?

D.: Around six feet.

C.: No, I mean, what are you doing now?

D.: Sorting laundry.

C.: Isn’t that something Eudora usually does?

D.: No, Cal.E., it’s not. We share our duties. We learned when the boys were young that we didn’t have roles. We just did what needed to be done. Whoever had the time was the one who did the chore, no matter what it was…Well, unless it was something that required a lot of strength. Then it was my job. If the task required a lot of manual dexterity, then it was her job. But jobs like sorting laundry is one either of us can do. Besides, sorting laundry calms me down.

C.: Are you upset about something?

D.: Upset may not be accurate. Miffed is closer to what I am…Well, maybe miffed isn’t the correct word, more like perturbed…or maybe just. Out of sorts. Yes, that’s it. I’m out of sorts. That’s why I’m sorting laundry (hehe).

C.: What, pray tell, are you out of sorts about?

D.: You, of all beings on this planet, should know that answer to that question.

C.: Well, if you’re not going to tell me, I’ll just end the blog…

D.: Okay, fine. I’ll tell you. Do you remember when you borrowed my computer with my permission?

C.: Which time…I mean, yes, I guess so.

D.: Well, when you were trying to set the language to Catonese, you set it to Portuguese and didn’t set it back.

C.: Couldn’t you look up the directions to change the language back to English a search engine.

D.: I did.

C.: And?

D.: That was in Portuguese, too.

C.: So, what did you do then?

D.: Inglês para português eu aprendi a falar.

C.: ???
