BONNIE
The dog in the picture is a Border Collie. Her name is Bonnie. Border collies are very smart dogs. If you ever find one at a shelter, take that dog home if you want a dog that is attentive to your family. Do NOT get a Border Collie if you do not have time to train the dog. They are smart (but NOT as smart as cats, of course), but also very active. They need a task to do all the time.
Now, I will tell you about the human in the human kennel that was as smart as a Border Collie. He was in the human kennel for committing a crime. However, he was apparently very smart. He bought a transistor radio at the human kennel commissary and took it to work, where he had access to a soldering iron. He took the radio apart and made a device that would take incoming telephone calls. He could not t Lk to anyone on it, but he COuLD take incoming calls. Since cell phones are illegal in the human kennel, he had an advantage over the other humans in their kennel.
When he was put into the human kennel the human kennel workers tested to see how smart he was. The kennel workers said that he had an IQ of 70.
I don’t know what IQ stands for, but Dad said his IQ would need to be twice that to be able to do what he did with the radio. I think that IQ stands for I quit. That would be smart. I human quitting his job 70 times would be a smart human. That is why I say cats rule, humans drool.
I can prove that a cat is smarter than a human. Think about it, what do you do all day? Go to something called work (whatever that is) and earn money so that you can come home and feed me. I don’t know what work is, but I hear humans say that they do not like it, that they get no respect there, and no one cares about him or her at that place.
Now, think about what I do all day. I sleep. At night, I get up and stretch, look around the house, eat and go use the litter box. Then, I go back to sleep. I don’t even do tricks for my food, like a dog. That would be wrong. Now, who is smarter, A dog, a human, or a cat? Think about it.
This has been Cal.E. Kat with more food for thought.
