d.: Wow! What a game! The Texans were way behind and won the game in the last minute when their backup QB dove into the end zone for the game-winning score!

Oh, shoot! I forgot that I left some of my class work to do today, since I’m off work…now I just need to make sure that all my assignments are in, and…yes! I’m glad I asked Cal.E. to look through the scripts that Eudora and I typed up yesterday. She should have no problem finding a good one, so I’ll just relax, maybe take a nap, then call some family members and friends who I haven’t spoken to in a while. It’s nice to have a little goof off time.

I’ll call Cal.E. after I get through to see if she needs any help, though.

Later that same day, at Wayne Manor (0.0167 miles from the scot house)…

C.: No, not that one. I should tell d.c.

d.: Hi, Cal.E., how’s it going with picking out a script for today?

C.: Well, I haven’t found the right one yet. Maybe you could…

d.: Well, I have confidence in you, Cal.E. just hang in there. In the meantime, would you like to hear a couple of jokes?

C.: I really don’t have any extra time…

d.: This one should cheer you up. It came out of your cat joke book. “What do you call a dog with no legs?

d.: Anything you want. He can’t do anything about it!

C.: I’ve heard…

d.: Well, if you didn’t like that one, how about this one., “What do you call a horticulturist who insists on working by himself? Give up?

C.: I suppose.

d.: The Lawn Ranger! Well, I’ll let you get back to work now, Cal.E., I’m confident that you’ll find the correct script, so I’ll just hang up and do,,, anything but write!
