d.: Well, that was an interesting special episode of “Nine Lives to Give.” That show is rated number one among cats  in the northwest corner of Southeast Texas between the hours of Two and two-fifteen p.m. on alternate Tuesdays, who are between twenty-four and thirty-six months old. I suppose that’s why they ran a special episode today. Cal.E. and I need to get together to write today’s blog, so I’ll call her and see when she can come over and do that.

d.: Cal.E., it’s d.c. We need to write today’s blog, so please call me back at your earliest convenience.

Three hours later…

d.: Well, Cal.E. hasn’t called me back, and now she still isn’t answering her phone. I think I’ll walk over to

and see if we can do this in person.

C.: Who is it?

d.: It’s me, d.c., your best human friend and co-author of your blog.

C.: If you are nurse/author/blogger d.c. scot, you know the password.

d.: Come on Cal.E., As usual when I walk to Wayne Manor, it’s raining out here and we need to write our blog.

C.: Say the password phrase and I’ll let you in.

d.: CALE., OPEN THIS DING DANG DOOR NOW!!!

C.: Oh, hi, d.c., have you been waiting for me to open the door for a long time?

d.: You know how long I’ve been knocking on the door, and I tried to call you several times. I guess it was inconvenient for you to answer the door or the phone…what’s wrong with your eyes and your neck? Why do you keep cutting your eyes and twisting you neck…

MEOW Z. TONGUE, WHAT YOU  DOING HERE?
