C.: Knock, knock. d.c., is that you?

d.: Yes, Cal.E., is that you?
C.: Yes it is. I've been looking for you for two days.
d.: Why?
C.: Well, you haven't answered any phone, calls, texts or emails I've sent you for the last forty-eight hours and.... You don’t usually wear your sunglasses inside. What's going on?
d.: Oh, sorry, I’ll take them off.

Heeeeere's Johnny!
C.: Oh, no! Put them back on! What’s wrong with your eyes?
d.: I’ve been doing research for your book that you want to turn into a movie.
C.: Is that why I haven’t heard from you in two days? I've been worried sick. Well, maybe not sick, but upset...or maybe more than a little concerned...or concerned just enough to walk over here for one-half a block away.
d.: Yes, I was watching every movie I could think of that was a book turned into a movie. I watched about 120 movies on my large screen television.

C.: Well, I appreciate the effort, but it looks like doing your research for my book has taken its toll on your eyes.
d.: Yes, I’m no Spring Chicken anymore…
C.: You can say that again.
d.: …. Anyway, I still have about thirty movies to go before I’m done with my research. I’ll need to watch them by the end of the day tomorrow, since that’s the end of the weekend. You’re welcome to join me to watch those movies if you wish.
C.: I think I’ll pass. I have other things to do.
d.: Like what?
C.: Oh, I don’t know; like, maybe live my life. Besides, when will we sleep if we’re going to watch that many movies before the end of the weekend.
d.: SLEEP?! I don’t need sleep! I’m the king, baby, and I don’t need to sleep!!

C.: ..Er… It seems that d.c. is turning into his alter ego. He does this when he doesn't sleep enough, or at all. I need to say here and deal with this since Eudora

went on Yetta Nather Cruise
with my human mom and dad Horace and Hortense, d.c. and Eudora's next-door neighbors/BFFs.

She thought that a cruise may help control her chronic migraines, so she asked her next-door neighbors if she could tag along. since the cruise line does belong to her sister, Yetta Nather,
