C.: (ring) d.c.,

my third husband, (and second here on planet Earth) ,  the eight-time World Association of Cat-fighting and Knowledge of Ornithology cat fighting champion of the world, Tucker Tucker Two

a,k.a. The Cat Fighter Formerly Known As The Tuxedo (who really needs a shorter nickname) Now Simply Known As T Because Triple T Was Already Taken (by T’s former BFF, cofounder with the Triple T Cartel, WACKO tag-team cat fighting partner and then chief rival for T’s WACKO championship belts and nemesis in real life and now best friend again after T beat him for the WACKO middleweight cat-fighting title

and then woke him up and gave him a delicious Planet of the Talking Cats Cat Treats.

T won two treats and one meow-illion dollars for beating The Original Tripel T, Tom the Tabby

in their last cat fight) were having a conversation about music.

d.: Caterwauling?

C.: No, T. likes the old-time rock and roll,

or “Classic Rock” as you call it. Anyway, he really likes the song “American Woman.” However, CNN doesn’t seem to know who sings it. Cats Need kNowledge’s researchers aren’t as…..mature as you are, I suppose…

d.: You mean old.

C.: You said it, not me. Anyway, I reasoned that you were mature enough to know the answer to this question, “Who sings the song ‘American Woman'?

d.: Guess Who.

C.: I don’t know.

d.: I don’t know is on second.

C.: Who?

d.: Who’s on first.

C.: What?

d.: Not what, Guess Who.

C.:???? I DON’T KNOW!!!that’s why I’m asking you!!

d.: The song American Woman was recorded by the Canadien rock band, the Guess Who was formed in Winnipeg in 1965. This group had sixteen top forty hits from 1965 to 1973. Versatile lead singer Burton Cummings could belt out anything from hard rock, like American Woman, to a ballad, such as These Eyes. Both songs reached number one on Billboard’s Top Forty, unlike your former band

and your youngest son, Ralph the Bass Player,

Ralph

and the RoCKats.

That group has yet to release a single or an album that has broken the top 1,000 on Billboard's Top Forty charts.

C.: Brutal, but true. I knew you were the right person to ask about something so trivial.

d.: ???

C.: Well, humans only use ten percent of their brain, and ninety percent of your ten percent is filled with useless facts!

d.: That’s not fair…

C.: OH yeah?! d.c., where are your shoes?

d.: Let’s see, they were…no, that was yesterday. Today, I took them off when I…no that was last week. Hmmm. Maybe Eudora can help me find them, but she won't be home from work until...no, that was yesterday, too. Did she come home yesterday? I don't remember.

C.: Well, since I seem to have lost the opportunity to visit with my cohost, I suppose that we’re out of time for today. That’s the end of this cat ta(i)le.
